Becoming a Man of Faith (Lenten Retreat)

Hold the dates February 22-24, 2013. Our Retreat Master is Fr Benedict O’Cinnsealaigh, Rector and President of Mount St. Mary's Seminary. The Year of Faith is a summons to an authentic and renewed conversion to the Lord. The Year of Faith is an opportunity for Catholics to experience a change – to turn back to Jesus and enter into a deeper relationship with Him. The theme for our 2013 Men’s Lenten Retreat is:

Becoming a Man of Faith

1. What does it mean to be a man of faith - in our churches, homes, workplaces and communities?
2. Exploring the role of men as a model of faith for their families, taking St. Joseph as the supreme example.
3. What are the challenges and obstacles to being this man of faith?
4. How will we nurture faith in our families through prayer, sacraments and catechesis?
5. How are the Year of Faith and the New Evangelization linked?
