Festival Committee

The Festival raises funds for the parish. It requires six co-chairs and approximately 700 volunteers during the festival weekend, which occurs in early June each year.


Membership: Open to any parishioner
Festival Committee
This is a great occasion for parishioners to get to know each other and build community spirit by pulling together for a common goal and at the same time support our biggest fund-raiser. Located on the parish grounds, it takes place in June. It includes games for all ages. To become a festival worker, sign up on a volunteer card offered at all the Masses a few weeks before the festival. A committee member will contact you.

NEWS FLASH!
Festival Update June 4, 2017

  • This weekend, immediately following the 12:30pm Mass, we will be starting to set-up for the festival. The entrance to Miami Avenue will be closed after 12:30pm Mass, so please enter on Shawnee Run Road. The exit will be open until after the 6:00pm Mass. After that please enter / exit on Shawnee Run Road.
  • The festival committee and volunteers are outside all Masses today selling raffle tickets, golf balls, and tuition reverse raffle tickets. We are also in need of a few more volunteers please stop by and offer a little bit of your time. We will have a clip board with all the open spots and thank you for everyone’s support.
  • Blackjack and Texas dealers needed! Please contact Ryan Avey at 488-9220 or ryanjavey@gmail.com.
  • Plan on joining us on Sunday, June 11 at 7:15pm in front of the stage. Fr. Gabriel will be playing musical chairs with everyone! Special prizes will be awarded.
