There are 3 things necessary to be an active member of our Youth Ministry:

1. Be in high school (9th through 12th grade).

2. Have your parent fill out the Archdiocesan AND the General Principles forms and turn them into the youth ministry office. (Can't see the forms? Get Acrobat Reader.)

3. Come join us on Sunday nights at 7:00 pm!
