Position Description: The primary function of this position is to assist the administration in the function of the school. The Administrative Assistant to the Principal provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the principal and assistant principals.
Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel and have the ability to utilize database and website applications. Strong written and oral communications skills are essential. Previous experience is important.
11 month full time position, 1 month part-time position Status: Non-exempt

School Health Associate – Part-Time
St. Gertrude School has an opening in the position of School Health Associate for the 2020-2021 school year. To provide basic school health services that support the educational mission and goals of the school, to promote health practices in keeping with the schools’ reopening plan, and to meet local and state mandates. School Days 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Qualifications include Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing. Maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
