St. Gertrude Parish Openings
Employees of St. Gertrude Catholic Parish will have knowledge of the Catholic faith; a willingness to work for a Catholic, faith-based agency; and adhere to the policies of St. Gertrude Catholic Parish. Employees will not publicly oppose the teachings of the Catholic faith. Neither shall they publicly advocate for any position in conflict with Catholic teaching or specific positions of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati or the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. This requirement includes any public speech (demonstration and written), including the use of social media or other digital technologies.

St. Gertrude School Openings
St. Gertrude School is a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. It is led by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and offers academic excellence in the Dominican tradition. The school has a strong emphasis in religious faith formation and academic excellence. Conveniently located in Madeira, St. Gertrude School draws students from throughout the Cincinnati area.
K-8 Substitute Teacher (Part-Time)
St. Gertrude School is looking for substitute teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. Primary job requirements include execution of teacher lesson plans and supervision of students. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Requirements also include a background check, fingerprinting, and Safe Environment account with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Additionally, a valid license issued by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce is required. Learn more about substitute license directions.
